It is our company policy that products that have been opened/used with non-technical failure are not eligible for return. This includes change of mind, comfortability/compatibility issues etc. Only defective or dead on arrival products will be accepted for return/exchange within the first 7 days of purchase. After which, please contact us directly for warranty claims.
